HBO (Home Box Office) este un canal TV pentru televiziunea prin cablu cu sediul central în New York City. HBO difuzează filme cinematografice, filme originale de televiziune precum şi seriale TV originale.
Printre serialele HBO cu succes la public se pot enumera: Oz, Sex and the City, The Sopranos, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Six Feet Under, Carnivàle, Deadwood, Entourage, Band of Brothers, Rome şi Extras (ultimele trei sunt colaborări cu BBC).
